Just moved in and I love it. Kara in the front office is absolutely amazing. From the beginning of the process she was helpful, attentive, answered all of my questions and probably one of the most fun experiences I’ve had finding a place. As far as the apartments, absolutely beautiful with tons of space (closets especially), high ceilings, and updated appliances.

Beautiful complex and great amenities. Kara in the leasing office is very friendly and helpful. I am really glad I chose The Flats at Fishers Marketplace.

My husband and I lived at Flats for >3 years while were in graduate/medical school. We LOVED it here. The only reason we left was because we moved out-of-state. We had 2 bed, 2 bath apt. It was VERY spacious with lots of storage options. We also loved how thick/noise-cancelling the walls were - we could barely hear each other from the other room. It is a very dog-friendly community. Although we don't have a pup ourselves, the community is full of them - AND I never heard a dog bark. We were never disrupted by any loud noises. The marketplace area is busy but the apartment complex was very quiet!

All staff is friendly and always willing to help and answer questions. All maintenance requests have been addressed very quickly, every time by professional and courteous staff. The hallways are well maintained. No complaints what so ever!! We’re renewing our lease!!

I absolutely loved living here. Not only are the apartments beautiful, modern, luxurious and spacious, the staff and maintenance team are utterly amazing. I hole heartedly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a stylish and peaceful place to call their home. If you have the privilege of moving in, waive at Kristin and the team for me.
